What method of payment do you accept?

Doodlebows accepts payments via pay-pal. You may use visa, mastercard Discover, American Express. This will work with credit cards or Debit Cards.

What are the shipping charges?

My products are shipped priority via USPS. Rates are based on current postal service priority shipping tables. Shipping Charges are as Follows:
$1.00 - $25.00 = $4.80
$25.01 - $45.00 = $6.80
$45.01 - $75.00 = $7.20
$75.01 - $100.00 = $11.60
FREE SHIPPING FOR ANY ORDER OVER $100.00

What is your privacy policy?

Doodlebows promises we will never share your information with anyone. We respect your right to privacy and only send out email notifications when they have been requested. Doodlebows never keeps your contact or financial information once your order is complete.

Do you accept returns?
A:
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that is damaged then I will be happy to work with you. I MUST be contacted 10 days from the date it was shipped.
Q: Special Orders
Do you accept special or "custom designed" orders?
A:
YES. I will be glad to customize a hairbow for a special event or to match a certain outfit. However, ribbon availability must be kept in mind. Please e-mail me & I will work with you on designing a special bow.

Are Your Hair Bows treated to prevent fraying?
A:
Every bow is heat sealed to prevent fraying on the ends. Also, each bow is treated with stiffen spray to protect it & help it keep the shape.

Absolutely. Each & every bow is hand made by myself.
Q: CLIP STYLE
How Do I decide which style clip to use on my Bow?
A:
We offer two styles of hair clips - Alligator pinch clips & French Clips. ALL of our baby hair bows are made on alligator pinch clips lined with grosgrain ribbon. The alligator clip is best for babies because most of them have really fine hair. The rest of our hair bows can be made on alligator clips or french clips. You may choose which style when ordering. THE FUNKY BOUTIQUE BOWS ARE ALL MADE ON FRENCH CLIPS because they are heavier & are made with alot of ribbon. I personally prefer alligator clips for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. I pull her hair back with an ouchless rubber band & then clip my bow on the alligator clip onto the band. THIS STAYS IN GREAT & SHE IS VERY ACTIVE!!
